Goal: Diagnose what went wrong before defending yourself.
That's fair — most contractor sites fail for one of two reasons: nobody finds them, or people find them but don't call. Which was it for al?
Response — No traffic / nobody found it
Goal: Position the demo as the solution, then ask for the call.
